About Us

SCG Industrial Parks, LLC ("SCG Industrial Parks" or the "Firm") is based locally in the San Francisco Bay Area and is an affiliate of Storage Corner Group, LLC ("SCG"). The Firm's predecessors, partners and affiliates have been investing in and managing real estate since 1983 and industrial parks since 2015. SCG Industrial Parks is vertically integrated across investment, leasing, construction management, operations, and property management. SCG employs over 50 professionals and its current portfolio spans in excess of 1.1 million square feet of properties under management across California, Utah and Idaho. The Firm targets to invest and operate small-bay light-industrial and mixed-use properties in high-barrier-to-entry infill markets where SCG has an existing property management presence. Investment strategies pursued involve physical repositioning, rehabilitation, among other hands-on, value-add business plans.
